Ground ruptures and primary faults following normal faulting earthquakes

These files are related to the paper “Conditional probability of distributed surface rupturing during normal faulting earthquakes”<br> by Ferrario M.F. and Livio F., submitted to Solid Earth The following files are included:<br> - Shapefile with primary faults for the 21 earthquakes analyzed in the paper<br> - Shapefile with distributed ruptures for the 13 earthquakes not already available in the published literature.<br> - Table with the probabilities of distributed faulting, computed as the ratio of the number of faulted “pixels” to the total number of pixels in each distance class, with a grid size of 500 m.
