Stage-specific dual function: EZH2 regulates human erythropoiesis by eliciting histone and non-histone methylation [D15-EZH2-RNAseq]

To demonstrated that EZH2 regulates human erythropoiesis in a stage-specific, dual-function manner by catalyzing histone and non-histone methylation,We performed RNA-seq and ChIP-seq. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at two time points. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for early (day 7) and late (day 15) erythroid cells and its KD derivatives (Scramble-shRNA, EZH2-shRNA).
