资源简介:
ARMCX3 has been implicated in the regulation of mitochondrial dynamics and cancer progression. To investigate its role in breast cancer, we performed RNA-seq following lentiviral-mediated ARMCX3 knockdown in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines, compared to negative controls. The resulting transcriptomic profiles revealed changes in p53 signaling and immune-related pathways, providing insights into the molecular functions of ARMCX3 in breast cancer. Overall design: Breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 were transduced with lentiviral vectors carrying either ARMCX3-specific shRNA (shARMCX3) or non-targeting control (NC). RNA was extracted from three biological replicates per group (total of 12 samples) and subjected to paired-end 150 bp RNA-seq on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Differential expression analysis was conducted to identify ARMCX3-regulated pathways.
