Single cell analysis of tumor-infiltrating CD4+ T cell from Tc1- and Tc9- treated mouse

To conduct a comprehensive analysis, we performed scRNA-seq and paired T-cell receptor sequencing (scTCR-seq) on tumor-infiltrating CD4+ T cells. Thy1.1+ Pmel-1 Tc1 or Tc9 cells were transferred into Thy1.2+ B6 mice bearing chimeric tumor. Tumor tissues pooled from three mice for each group were harvested on day 30 after tumor inoculation and CD4+ T cells were isolated for scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq analyses.
