The spleen is a site of acute infection following challenge with the parasite Toxoplasma gondii. We utilized scRNA sequencing to analyze the immune response to this infection. Overall design: Splenocytes from T. gondii infected mice were harvested 14dpi, red blood cells were lysed, and remaining cells were analyzed using scRNAseq.
