The number of papers was obtained according to topics assigned in the <strong>Science direct</strong> search engine with the topic terms from 2004 to 2023 research: mushroom polysaccharide; mushroom β-glucans, mushrooms; polysaccharide, immunomodulatory; mushroom, polysaccharide, immunomodulatory, antitumor (1.21.2023). (Ⅱ) The number of research articles and review papers of the four keywords published from 2004-2023 according to topics assigned in the <strong>Science direct</strong> search engine with different topic terms: (A) topic terms “mushroom polysaccharide”, (B) topic terms “mushroom β-glucans”, (C) topic terms “polysaccharide, immunomodulatory”, and (D) topic terms “mushroom, polysaccharide, immunomodulatory, antitumor”.
