File List Worked_example_SAS_code.sas -- SAS code required to fit Models 1–8. Description This supplementary material provides the SAS code and a sample data set required to run the worked example of the diversity-interaction modeling approach. For illustrative purposes, the models are fitted to a subset of data from a field experiment carried out at the Agroscope Reckenholz-Tänikon Research Station, Zürich. All of the models introduced in the modeling framework were fitted to the data. The SAS code and data are provided in the Worked_example_SAS_code.sas program. A full description of the data set and a discussion of the worked example including model fitting and interpretation of the model parameters can be read in Appendix A.
