Transcriptome sequencing of liver in APAP acute liver injury mice control group and engineered exosome treatment group

We have developed an exosome-based strategy that combines dual targeting effects, this strategy effectively minimizes exosome sequestration by the MPS, enhances LSEC accumulation, and administration of the engineered exosome ameliorates acute liver injury by promoting proliferation of hepatocytes.
