Maize Crop Disease (Leaf)

This dataset includes eight maize disease classes from multiple sources, with a focus on African maize varieties. Curated for supervised classification, it features images at different resolutions with varied symptoms and conditions to support model generalization.

The dataset is primarily intended for maize disease classification research; however, it is also being extended for object detection to support real-time disease identification in maize crops across different geographical regions. This resource aims to facilitate research in precision agriculture, plant pathology, and AI-driven crop monitoring systems.
