Vicia faba response to Alternaria alternata infection

Leaf spot is a new type of fungal disease that restricts the production of broad beans, and Alternaria alternata is one of its main pathogens. So far, there has been no report on the transcriptome analysis of the interaction between broad beans and A. alternata. Therefore, to explore the molecular pathways of broad beans in response to the infection of A. alternata, transcriptome analysis were applied.
