Observation of the expression of quantitative ultrasound imaging parameters in patients with cancerous thyroid nodules and construction of a diagnostic model

Clinical data and color Doppler ultrasound characteristics of 194 patients with thyroid nodules who were seen in our hospital between October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 194 patients who met the requirements were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, including 65 patients in the malignant group and 129 patients in the benign group. Clinical data such as age and gender, ultrasound features such as texture and internal echoes, and hemodynamic parameters such as EDV (End Diastolic Velocity) and PSV (Peak Systolic Velocity) were compared between the two groups. ROC curve analysis was used to determine the optimal classification criteria for the hemodynamic parameters, and independent diagnostic indicators were screened by multifactorial logistic regression analysis, based on which a diagnostic model was constructed.
