Study on Helicobacter pylori biofilm under amoxicillin, ciprofloxacin and metronidazole

To further understand the mechanisms of antibiotic-induced biofilm formation in H. pylori, wild-type (WT) H. pylori 26695 strains were induced to form biofilms using amoxicillin, ciprofloxacin and metronidazole. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on antibiotic-treated biofilm cells and WT planktonic cells.
