This repository contains simulated optical response data (absorptance) generated using the Transfer Matrix Method (TMM) implemented in Julia. It corresponds to the paper: Leveraging in-plane anisotropic materials for lithography-free omnidirectional thermal emission control. The data spans angular and spectral scans under different polarization configurations (S, P, SP), material stacks (SiC emitters, CaCO₃ spacers, gold reflectors), and spacer properties (thickness and anisotropic permittivities). The Julia script used to perform these simulations is included for reproducibility.
本仓库包含使用Julia语言实现的传输矩阵法(Transfer Matrix Method, TMM)生成的模拟光学响应数据(吸收率,absorptance)。该数据集对应研究论文《利用面内各向异性材料实现无光刻全向热发射调控》。数据涵盖了不同偏振配置(S、P、SP偏振)、不同材料堆叠结构(碳化硅发射体、碳酸钙间隔层、金反射镜)以及不同间隔层属性(厚度与各向异性介电常数)下的角度扫描与光谱扫描结果。本仓库附带用于开展此类模拟的Julia脚本,以保障研究可复现性。
