Digital Readiness Levels: Formalizing a Missing Standard

Digital Readiness Levels (DRL) - Kazakhstan Validation (Partial DRL, Figure Data, Plot & Program) SummaryThis deposit contains the minimal, reproducible materials for the Kazakhstan case used to assess convergent validity of the Digital Readiness Levels (DRL) framework. We provide: (i) computed partial DRL profiles per unit, (ii) the rank-normalized figure dataset that pairs the composite readiness score 𝐵 with external operational KPIs, (iii) the corresponding figure (“Convergent validity (Kazakhstan)”), and (iv) the program used to generate the results.
