Stomach content of a road-killed adult female individual of Ryukyu long-tailed giant rat Diplothrix legata was analyzed by DNA metabarcoding method. Marker genes for animals (COI IntF-HCOmR primers), insects (gInsect primers), and plants (gPlant primers) were analyzed by PCR and next-generation sequencing.
