iPSCORE Multiomic QTLs: Phenotype Count Matrices

This directory contains one sample metadata file and eight count files corresponding to the gene, ATAC-seq peak, and H3K27ac ChIP-seq peak counts from three tissues from the iPSCORE Collection; induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), iPSC-derived cardiovascular progenitor cells (CVPCs), and iPSC-derived pancreatic progenitor cells (PPCs).
Each file has the same format. The first column contains the identifier for the molecular element (gene or peak) and the remaining column corresponds to the phenotype (sample) identifier found in the SampleMetadata file. The SampleMetadata is identical to Supplemental Table 2 in the publication. Please see the Table legends in the linked publication for more details.
The labeling convention is [tissue_phenotype_counts.txt].
