Plant community for biodiversity assessment in different types of kettle holes.

Record of presence or absence of all plant species occurring in the amphibian (between open water body and agricultural matrix) and terrestrial zone of the kettle hole. Identification of the species were done in the field (mostly) according to Rothmaler (2011). Soil samples collected from a total of 20 kettle holes using a clean soil corer. Greenhouse experiments under controlled conditions of watering and temperature in a block design using two treatments: wet and flood.
