Dataset of academic staff in Universities of Ethiopia

The data is collected from the academic staff of public universities of Ethiopia. It includes demographic informations and data related with talent management, organizational commitment and organizational Performance. The research conducted by using this data is entitled as "The effects of Talent Management on Organizational Performance: Organizational Commitment as a Mediating Variable in Public Universities of Ethiopia." It is conducted as partial fulfilment of the requirement of doctor of philosophy in management specializing in human resource management.
