Stichopus cf. horrens: Microsatellite genotype data

Microsatellite genotype data for Stichopus cf. horrens collected across the Philippine archipelago. Genotype data are encoded as fragment size (basepairs). Two datasets are provided: 444 individuals and 396 individuals (excluding samples with missing data).

Sample metadata is also provided for each genotype dataset. Variables include sample name (SampleName), collection site (PopCode), mitochondrial lineage (mtDNA_Clade; A or B), genotype cluster ID (P1, P2, Admixed) based on STRUCTURE coefficient of ancestry (q), when q threshold > 0.9 (Cluster_q0.9) or when q threshold > 0.5 (Cluster_q0.5), Latitude (Lat), Longitude (Long), Biogeographic Region (BioRegion)
