In this data set, firstly, the SEM images of the original silver nanowires, the silver nanowires after filtration and sedimentation at different times are given, and the SEM, TEM and XRD images of the original silver nanowire solution and the purified silver nanowires are given, and the length and diameter statistics are made; Then the SEM images of silver nanowire stock solution settling for 3-6h in different solutions are given; Finally, the photo absorption diagram of the silver nanowire stock solution and the silver nanowires after sedimentation was made, and it was proposed that the purified silver nanowires had better photo electrical properties.
