This is the Verkko source code used for all results in the verkko manuscript. The package includes verkko, graphaligner, mbg, and rukki code. Code is licensed as described in the included license files.
All assemblies are in the paper are also included. The versions of other tools used were Flye v2.9-b1774, Hifiasm v0.16-r375, and LJA v0.2. All assemblies are CC0 as government work.
