The diapause-like colorectal cancer cells induced by SMC4 attenuation are characterized by low proliferation and chemotherapy insensitivity[scRNA-seq]

We used single-cell sequencing to detect tumor cell types in mouse subcutaneous MC38 colorectal cancer Overall design: Solid tumors from mice were excised and mechanically dissociated into single cells using Tumor Dissociation Kit (SHBio). Single cells were captured in the 10 × Genomics Chromium Single Cell Solution, and RNA-seq libraries were prepared following the manufacturer's protocol (10 × Genomics). The libraries were subjected to high-throughput sequencing on an Illumina Hiseq X Ten PE150 platform, and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated.
