Hypothyroidism, Diagnosed

This diagnosis codeset contains diagnoses related to hypothyroidism. This codeset was developed by finding the concept_ids for a subset of the AHRQ CCSR clusters (https://hcup-us.ahrq.gov/toolssoftware/ccsr/dxccsr.jsp#overview) related to hypothyroidism. This concept set contains additional columns "systemic" and "syndromic" which were used as classification categories for the study to differentiate between conditions (systemic) and symptoms (syndromic) in addition to a "condition_category" which was a further classification mechanism that could be rolled up with other codes. In this concept set, all condition_category are endo. This concept set alone was not reviewed by a clinician, but it was a component of a larger codeset that was reviewed by Chris Forrest. This concept set contains only ICD10 and ICD10CDM codes. Versions of the codes without a decimal point are not included.
