Paeonia lactiflora is an important ornamental and medicinal plant whose seed dormancy is mainly regulated by stratification treatment.In this project, we performed RNA-seq analysis of seeds at different stratification stages to investigate transcriptomic changes during dormancy release and germination.The data will provide resources for understanding the molecular mechanisms of seed dormancy and germination in Paeonia species.
