Effects of Drp1 inhibitor Mdivi-1 on gene expression profiles of LPS and IFN-?-treated RAW264.7 cells were examined. Overall design: RAW264.7 cells were treated with 10 ng/mL LPS and 10 ng/mL mouse IFN-?. Drp1 inhibitor Mdivi-1 was started simultaneously, and mRNAs were extracted 24 or 96 hours later.
