IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ILEOTRANSVERSE ANASTOMOSIS AFTER RIGHT HEMICOLECTOMY

资源简介:
Right hemicolectomy is widely used in the surgical treatment of diseases affecting the cecum, ascending colon, and hepatic flexure. One of the key stages of the procedure is the restoration of intestinal continuity by forming an ileotransverse anastomosis. The reliability of the anastomosis directly influences postoperative recovery and the risk of complications such as anastomotic leakage, bleeding, ileus, intra-abdominal infection, and reoperation. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of ileotransverse anastomosis remains an important issue in colorectal surgery.
