Results of Meta-Analysis of differences in sex by newborn and child blood DNA methylation

We performed a meta-analysis of the association of sex and cord blood DNA methylation at over 450,000 CpG sites in 8,438 newborns from 17 cohorts participating in the Pregnancy And Childhood Epigenetics (PACE) Consortium. The tables presented here include the summary statistics from the genome-wide DNA methylation meta-analysis in cord blood and blood specimens collected from older children.
