Isolation, screening and characterization of drug resistant bacteria from food sources

This project focuses on the isolation, screening, and characterization of drug-resistant bacteria obtained from various food sources. The aim is to identify and understand the prevalence of bacteria that exhibit resistance to commonly used antibiotics. Through rigorous screening processes, the study aims to determine the resistance patterns of these bacteria and investigate their potential implications for food safety and public health. By characterizing these drug-resistant strains, valuable insights can be gained to guide future strategies for combating antibiotic resistance in the context of foodborne pathogens.
