RNA sequencing data of lacrimal gland in type 2 diabetes and wild type mice

This study included RNA sequencing data of lacrimal glands from db/db mice, wild-type mice, and insulin intervened db/db mice. Samples were taken every 3 hours during a circadian cycle, with 3 biological replicates per group at each time point. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of type 2 diabetes on the circadian rhythm and physiological function of lacrimal glands in mice, and the improvement effect of insulin intervention on lacrimal gland function in diabetes mice.
