Interviews of Career Coaches 2008-2010

This qualitative dataset contains the transcriptions of nine interviews of career coaches working in Finland. The interviews covered different aspects of work-related coaching work, its practices, goals, themes and types of clients. Other topics included what was considered as success in coaching, how the client's gender and individuality were taken into account, the concept of self-promotion, and future development of coaching work in general. The data have been anonymised though some interviewees chose to disclose their organization. Background information included the interviewee's gender and date and duration of interview. The dataset is only available in Finnish.
