Dataset and Model Parameters for: Materials-Guided Screening of Compact Anion Exchange Membrane Water Electrolyzer: NiMo/NiFe Kinetics, Two-Phase Model Uncertainty, and Specific Energy Demand

This dataset repository provides the computational model parameters, executable code, and generated performance data supporting the reduced-order screening framework for a compact 5 cm² zero-gap anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer (AEMWE). The framework couples effective NiMo (HER) and NiFe (OER) catalyst kinetics, membrane and contact/porous resistances, and a semi-empirical two-phase gas-evolution penalty to evaluate cell voltage, hydrogen output, and specific electricity demand.
