资源简介:
This study provides analysis of developing mouse retina organoids derived from induced pluripotent stem cells . RNA-seq profiling was performed on 2 time points during retinal organoids supplemented with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), linoleic acid (LA), and/or FGF1. Alignment, transcript and gene quantitation, and normalization was performed. Overall design: Retina organoids were collected in duplicate or triplicate at 2 time points during differentiation (day (D) 26 and 32) with and without DHA and FGF1 supplementation. Please note that the Gene_Normalized-CPM.tsv contains 18 data columns as 5 samples were eliminated for the particular analysis. The other processed data files contain the complete data for all 23 samples.
