Transient over-expression of AcMYB110, an activation regulator of anthocyanin biosynthesis, enhances anthocyanin production in the wild Nicotiana benthamiana QLD ecotype, but is detrimental in the LAB strain. The RNAseq library investigates differentially expressed genes in the LAB isolate and QLD accession over three time points after infiltration with AcMYB110 or control (modified dysfunctional AcMYB110).
