ZT Scan DIA demonstration dataset for MS-DIAL 5.6: human plasma (NIST SRM 1950) raw data, step-by-step tutorial and expected results for Q1Dec and RTDec
收藏资源简介:
This record provides a compact, independently downloadable demonstration dataset for testing the ZT Scan DIA data processing workflow implemented in MS-DIAL 5.6, including Q1 deconvolution (Q1Dec) and retention-time deconvolution (RTDec). It accompanies the manuscript "[manuscript title]" ([journal/DOI]) and complements the full raw data deposited in [repository/accession], which is too large (approximately 330 GB) to serve as a practical test set. DatasetHuman plasma (NIST SRM 1950) was analysed by ZT Scan DIA on a ZenoTOF 7600 system (SCIEX) with a 5 Da Q1 window. The record contains one raw data file per ion mode, each smaller than 1 GB:- Positive ion mode: 20260122_NISTp_c1300ms_Precursor680-890_Q1W5Da_CE40_ZTon_POS_1 (precursor range m/z 680–890, collision energy 40)- Negative ion mode: 20260121_NISTp_c1300ms_Precursor738-948_Q1W5Da_CE42_ZTon_NEG_1 (precursor range m/z 738–948, collision energy 42)Each measurement consists of four SCIEX files (.wiff, .wiff2, .wiff.scan and .timeseries.data), which must be kept together in one folder. MS-DIAL reads the .wiff2 file directly; no conversion is needed. ContentsThe record contains one archive, demonstration_dataset.zip, which holds:- raw_positive.zip and raw_negative.zip: raw data of the two measurements.- MSDIAL.v5.6.260323-beta-2-net48.zip: the MS-DIAL version used in this study (Windows, .NET Framework 4.8), including the lipid library Msp20250421160336_ZTscan_converted_dev.lbm2 used for annotation.- expected results.zip: peak lists exported by the authors (tab-separated text) for each ion mode under two deconvolution settings, Q1Dec only (q1dec/) and Q1Dec combined with RTDec (q1dec_rtdec/).- tutorial_EN.pdf: step-by-step instructions covering data import, processing parameters, activation of Q1Dec and RTDec, inspection of the deconvoluted MS/MS spectra, export of the peak list, the expected results and troubleshooting. Expected resultsProcessing one file takes about 3–7 minutes on a standard Windows PC. With the parameters given in the tutorial, the following results should be obtained:- Positive ion mode: 4,200 peak spots; 558 reference-matched peak spots with Q1Dec only and 477 with Q1Dec and RTDec.- Negative ion mode: 1,868 peak spots; 224 reference-matched peak spots with Q1Dec only and 192 with Q1Dec and RTDec.The tutorial also gives a representative deconvoluted spectrum (PE 40:5 [M+H]+) with its matching scores under both settings. How to use1. Download and unzip the files, keeping the folder structure.2. Start MSDIAL.exe and follow the tutorial.3. Compare your exported peak list with the corresponding file in expected results/.
