A Hot-Wire CVD-deposited combination of Intrinsic a-Si:H Passivation and a-SiN:H Anti-reflection Layers for c-Si Solar Cell Front-Side Applications

This dataset contains the raw numerical data used to generate the figures presented in the associated manuscript.
The data is provided as
1. A single ZIP folder containing individual Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files.
2. A single file containing individual Origin (.opju) files
For the Zipped folder, each file is named according to the corresponding figure in the manuscript (e.g., "Figure_2.xlsx" contains the data for Figure 2). At the same time, the .opju file contains all the workbooks, appropriately named according to the figure number.
