To better understand the effects of a PRMT5 inhibitor (MRTX1719) alone or in combination with a KRAS inhibitor (MRTX1133), we treated PANC-1 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells (PDAC) with each of these inhibitors. We collected samples at 24, 72, and 144 hours post treatment and quantified gene expression changes using RNA-sequencing.
