The goal of this project is to characterize viromes of mosquitoes collected from Wuhan in 2020 using metagenomic sequencing. There are totally 9 samples composed by 7 Culex monthly samples in urban areas, 1 Culex and 1 Anopheles sample from a pig farm in rural area.
