This study carried out in the analysis of agronomic traits of the six elephant grass cultivars, and found two cultivars with the significantly different in internode length and biomass. To better understand the molecular changes and regulation of gene expression, we sequenced mRNA and small RNA libraries from internode tissues of two cultivars after exogenous GA3 treatments.
