The vibration signals used in this study were acquired on a dedicated test rig AV TEST BENCH instrumented with four piezoelectric accelerometers (AMC AVS 1000) and National Instruments (NI) data acquisition hardware: AVC 3000 IEPE signal conditioner, and two NI data acquisition modules (NI--9250 BNC and NI--9215). The objective of the measurements was to capture vibration responses for various mechanical faults.Fault types:Bearing load downwards \u2013 a static radial load is applied downward on the support bearing.Bearing load upwards \u2013 a static radial load is applied upward.Normal baseline \u2013no fault.Rotor unbalance \u2013 introduced by adding eccentric masses on the discs located on the shaft.ClassFault type0Bearing load downwards1Bearing load upwards2Normal baseline3Rotor unbalanceMeasurement campaignFor each fault type, measurements were performed at:Two shaft speeds: 1000 rpm and 2000 rpmTwo load levels: 0% and 50% of rated load (approximately 4 Nm)This resulted in a total of 16 separate measurement *.tdms files.At each operating point, a continuous vibration signal of approximately 2 minutes was acquired per channel with a sampling frequency of 30 kHz. All channels were recorded synchronously, ensuring consistent multi-channel data for each combination of fault condition, speed, and load.All measurement files were collected on 9th of October, 2025.
