Fungal-interactive Paraburkholderia terrae

Here, we present a summary of the draft genome sequences and annotation of the three fungal-interactive Paraburkholderia terrae strains. Furthermore, we address the traits that allow inferences about the ecological relevance of these strains in the mycosphere, coupled to phenotypic analyses. Based on these characteristics, we thus shed light on the potential strategies used in the bacterial-fungal interplay.
