METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A MULTILAYER FIBROUS WEB

The invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer fibrous web (38)， at least having a material preparation stage (4)， two headboxes (24， 29， 34)， and a forming section (20) for a paper machine for forming the multilayer fibrous web (38). A fiber-containing raw material (2) at least partially containing waste paper with fillers and fines， in particular OCC， and/or paper waste (3) accumulated in the method for producing a multilayer fibrous web (38) is supplied to a dissolving device (11) of the material preparation stage (4)， and at least one suspension flow (12) is formed in the dissolving device. The suspension flow is supplied to a washing stage (13) in order to separate the fillers and fines， thereby forming a filler/fine flow (14) and a fibrous material suspension flow (15). The fibrous material suspension flow (15) is supplied to at least one headbox (24， 29， 34)， and the filler/fine flow (14) is separated into a filler flow (18) and a fine flow (19) in a separating stage (17)， said filler flow (18) being introduced in the forming section (20) at a feed point (40) between two layers (25， 30， 35) of the multilayer fibrous web (38) being formed. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.
