These cards index correspondence from individuals, Members of Parliament, companies, and non-Government organisations for correspondence received 1923-39 and to "B" series correspondence 1940-49. They show file number, dates of registration and communication, from whom received, address of writer, and particulars of the subject. Cards are filed alphabetically, and arrangement of entries on each card is numerical by the registration number of current papers.(19/19736-39). 4 boxes.
