Bryophytes are the dominant flora in the Antarctic continent. They suffer more harmful drought stress in Antarctic due to the climate change. However, the molecular mechanism of Antarctic moss adaptation to drought stress remains unclear. In the research, the gene transcriptional profiling the Antarctic moss Pohlia nutans under drought stress was conducted by RNA sequencing technology. The differentially expresed genes in Antarctic moss were analyzed by comparing drought stress group and control group.
