Thymus sect. Mastichina phylogenomic, population genomic and flow cytometry analyses

This dataset contains the data generated and analyzed in the study entitled “Understanding Patterns of Interploidy Admixture in Polyploid Complexes: Insights from Thymus sect. Mastichina (Lamiaceae)”. The dataset includes processed data derived from Hyb-Seq sequencing, and flow cytometry analysis, and the scripts and workflows required to reproduce the analyses presented in the manuscript.
