资源简介:
The L delbrueckii CIDCA 133 is a probiotic bacterium isolated from cow milk in 1993, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This strain was hugely studied. The invitro test revealed the resistance of this strain to high acid and bile concentrations and the ability to inhibit the growth of food contaminants and pathogenic microorganisms such as enterohemorragic E. coli. In addition, the CIDCA 133 strain, was able to decrease harmful bacterial enzymatic activities such as nitrate reductase and its resistance to the the inhibitory cationic effectors of the innate immune system in cultured human enterocytes, and also was showed the ability of this strain to stimulate the phagocytosis, induces reactive oxygen species (ROS and NO), and promotes expression of surface markers related to antigen presentation. Recently a fermented milk by this bacterium was assayed in a mucositis murine model. The L. delbrueckii CIDCA consumption during 13 consecutive days showed the protective effect on intestinal mucosa damage with significant reduction of time-course weight; prevention in intestinal shortening and reduced levels of sIgA, MPO and EPO enzymatic activity. It was also observed reduction in the intestinal permeability induced by 5-FU drugs and the histologic parameters presented ameliorating in the intestinal mucosal damage.
