This repo has the raw data of the computational section of the manuscript "Cell-type-specific modulation of translation by synthetic RNA modifications". This repo contains the following parts: PARNA module for RNA/nucleotide parameterization, including chemical libraries, structure templates, parameter patches, CMAP-related resources, and Python source code with examples. Along with the source code of the FEP package `amberti`. Gene-expression compendium across multiple cell lines and tissues with raw source files, metadata, and preprocessing notebooks; Regression-analysis module containing curated datasets and notebooks for predictive modeling. Source code and data of Extended Figure 1, 2, 3 and 7.
