Pseudochrobactrum algeriensis genome sequencing and assembly. Pseudochrobactrum algeriensis

The Pseudochrobactrum genus belong to the family Brucellaceae and includes several opportunistic pathogens. We have produced the complete genome of three strains of the new species Pseudochrobactrum algeriensis, all isolated from the lymph node of cows sampled in an Algerian slautherhouse.
