Starting from who we are: Ciudad Bolívar, Earth, water and struggles

Ciudad Bolívar is not just any territory. From the same
spatial configuration it is possible to understand that it is a body of mountains
with a living soul, which has been developing from the very moment
in which the same ancestral settlers chose to call it “Home”.
It is not possible to understand in this sense the progressive construction of
collective imaginations about what the history of Ciudad Bolívar can
be, without taking into account that social processes, those that
claim collective memory, which has led to the creation of a notion
confusing but existing about what the identities of the
territory.
