TMK4-mediated Phosphorylation of FIP37 Regulates Auxin-triggered N6-methyladenosine mRNA Modification of Auxin Biosynthetic Genes in Arabidopsis

Using m6A-seq, RNA-seq, we show that auxin can induce transcriptome-wide m6A reprogramming.
