Real-time updates of the dataset enable real-time monitoring of the entire pump production process, ensuring the safety of the pump production workshop. Data processing steps: 1. Aggregate the collected cyanide concentration data corresponding to various pump product models and the cyanide concentration in the workshop air; 2. Compare the cyanide concentration in pump production wastewater with the standard limit of cyanide content in industrial wastewater discharge to judge whether the production of this pump model is qualified. The excess ratio of cyanide content in pump production wastewater is calculated as: (Cyanide concentration in pump production wastewater - Standard cyanide limit for industrial wastewater discharge) / Standard cyanide limit for industrial wastewater discharge. When the excess ratio is greater than 0, the discharged wastewater is non-compliant; when the excess ratio is less than 0, the discharged wastewater meets the standards.
